At Ralettt, we stand behind the outstanding quality of our premium glass drinkware. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we accept return and refund requests under strict compliance with the protocols outlined in this policy. Customers possess a window of thirty (30) calendar days from the verifiable delivery date to initiate a formal return process.
To qualify for a full refund or direct exchange, returned items must meet rigorous criteria: the glass drinkware must be entirely unused, unwashed, unaltered, and completely free from any traces of liquid, residue, or physical markings. It must remain enclosed within its original, undamaged protective packaging, including all inserts, protective silicone sleeves, boxes, and instructional manuals. Ralettt reserves the right to reject returns that show clear signs of use or cosmetic degradation.
To execute a return, you must contact our support center via email at service@ralettt.com to secure formal approval and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) tracking document. Unauthorized returns sent without prior confirmation will be rejected at our facility. Customers assume full financial responsibility for all return shipping costs, courier fees, and any associated customs duties, except in clear cases where the product arrived damaged due to courier mishandling. Once received and inspected, refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within seven to ten business days.
